Why RE/MAX Penticton Realty
Five years ago, Pamela moved from a small downtown company (Realty Executives) after 14 years to RE/MAX. In the first year at RE/MAX she over doubled her business. When she thought about changing, she went to see the broker, Deborah Moore, who had recently bought the only one in town. She showed her a google analytics that told a story that she would never have believed if she had not seen it for herself. Deborah put the names of the real estate companies in our town and out came a graph showing who had the greatest web presence. The graph is in our listing presentation above on page 8. Pamela could not believe that the company she worked for was flat lined along the bottom. Deborah then showed her what the company’s presence was like internationally. We have RE/MAX in 103 countries. Our biggest competition in Penticton is Royal Lepage. It is only Canadian and is not in any countries other than Canada. Shortly after Pamela changed over Deborah bought, Osoyoos branch and Summerland, she also purchased Kirk Chamberlain properties and it is now a RE/MAX as well. Almost 100 agents in total and counting.  This gives us a downtown presence along with an over all Okanagan Presence. It was a great choice for Pamela and continues to be a great choice as it is still growing and changing each day.
